How to read the result
The temperature bars use the official minimum and maximum for each animal. The green band is the part every selected animal accepts. Terrain shows the share of the floor each terrain type may take. Where two animals disagree, for example one needs at least 40% rock and another allows at most 20%, it is a conflict.
The official Zoopedia gives each animal a list of thriving and neutral cohabitants and shows "No compatible species" when both are empty. The planner follows that: two animals with no official relationship are reported as a conflict.
FAQ
How does the planner work out the shared temperature?
It takes the highest minimum and the lowest maximum from the official temperature range of every selected animal. If the highest minimum is above the lowest maximum, the animals have no shared range and the planner reports a conflict.
How is the total area calculated?
For each species the planner adds the minimum area to the extra area per additional animal times (count − 1), then sums the species. It is a planning estimate. The game makes the final check.
Does the planner say which animals can live together?
Yes. Every pair you pick is checked against the official thriving and neutral lists. A pair with no official relationship is reported as a conflict. The planner also flags temperature and terrain clashes calculated from the official ranges.
Can I share my selection?
Yes. The address in your browser updates as you add animals, and the Copy link button copies it.
